Website development projects usually comprise two components: Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial website mockup and layout design. Web development includes CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solution, and custom coding.
You are entitled to get 100% refund of the upfront payment you made (if any) in the event of:
1) You are not satisfied with initial design mockup.
2) We didn’t start your project at all or we’re unable to start soon.
3) We are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
4) You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.
The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.
No refund will be given if:
1) You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
2) The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
If you are not 100% satisfied with work, we will fully refund the cost of your order. Please contact us to initiate a refund request.
